Paul is CEO and Co-Founder of Lumi Labs. Grab Lumi is a smart projector, which makes a portable projector and is currently being marketed in the US.
Paul is also Founder of Solid Ground Pro and The Donner Summit at Sugar Bowl, a summit style series where he brings professional athletes and industry experts together with young up and comers to provide core knowledge to accellerate their career both on and off the playing field.
Paul Crandell started his consulting business, 1 Degree LLC and is currently advising multiple brands, specializing in helping companies in all facets of marketing working directly with CEO’s and CMO’s. Paul
served as GoPro’s original Chief Marketing Officer for 5 years. Paul was instrumental in taking GoPro from $60M in revenue to $1B+ in his tenure, along with going public on the NASDAQ. At GoPro he restructured
and led a team talented marketers and content creators to create one of the most iconic lifestyle brands in the world. Paul led the global expansion of GoPro out of GoPro’s Headquarter office in San Mateo California for North America. He drove the global marketing expansion by opening marketing offices, hiring people and agencies in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Paul specializes in a myriad of marketing sectors such as; branding, sports, channel, product, content management and distribution, advertising, and business operations. In 2014 Paul received two of Ad Weeks prestigious awards for his leadership as head of marketing at GoPro. His first was Brand Genius and second was Grand Brand Genius.
In 1997, while producing Red Bull’s first event within the US, Paul became impressed by Red Bull’s unique marketing strategy. He was hired shortly thereafter and lead the brand through innovate sports marketing
strategies. He was the 15th person hired in the US for Red Bull and built a US headquarter team along with a field team of sports managers. Paul worked very closely with the Austrian headquarters team to build the
brand in the US and take it from $5M to $2B within 9 years. Since his days at Red Bull and GoPro, Paul has served as Chief Marketing Officer for a Butterfly Network and UBTech Robotics. He was President and is Co-Founder of Kind Humans Market Place. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Electrify Expo and Calibrated Therapeutics.
