“Miah never cruises through the easy path on a project. He pushes  the extra mile no matter the scope or subject. He compliments Patagonia’s storytelling, real people on real adventures, not soft commercial photoshoot adventure with craft services waiting in the warm motor home behind the scenes. He flawlessly produces honest captures of talented athletes in locations that would put many photographers on their heels. He nails the hero shot but brings it all together with his keen sense for tight details and wide scene setting compositions. He’s the whole package and a creative you can count on to get it done.”     Rich Crowder – Patagonia

“Miah acts as a defensive ambassador to the sport.  This is great from a brand perspective because it helps our brand stay true to its communities. His willingness to take direction stands out. Miah actually listens! He takes what we’ve discussed and find’s a way to authentically incorporate it into the pursuit he’s photographing. Love that! He’s always psyched! Not all shoots are exciting…but Miah always has a positive vibe and a love for shooting. This is crucial in the photos that get delivered.  Miah’s energy is always high, so his shoots are more fun, with photos that are more energetic, which makes them more relatable to the viewer.”  David Clancy – Yeti
