Why I’ll Kick A Frankly Irresponsible Amount Of Butt On Your Next Project:

I love rock climbing. I dream of waist deep pow (midweek, of course). My girlfriend often reminds me “We are NOT naming our son Alpenglow.”

Sometimes I imagine I’m a young, somewhat hormonally enraged acorn, tumbling freely down the Sierra Nevada mountains in search of carefree adventure with other woodland creatures.

In other words, I live for the outdoors. But what do I love more? Making you read this.

Despite being an “outdoor junkie,” I can’t turn from sunburnt back on my first passion: Storytelling.

For my entire professional life, I’ve chained myself to the mast of a ship with One True North: To captivate eyeballs with uncommon copywriting and marketing antics.

Some of my more ~notable~ accomplishments:

-Piloted the infamous Oscar Mayer Wienermobile across the Hot Dog Highways of America for a year, sharing the rich, delicious history of this $5 billion brand (no, we didn’t sleep in it, it’s not a Wienerbago!)

-Emceed Warren Miller’s beloved ski films on stage in front of thousands

-Wrote 1,000+ newsletter ads for brands like Nike, NVIDIA, Apple, Athletic Brewing, beehiiv, Hims, ButcherBox, Babbel, Adobe, ARMRA, BetMGM (I could go on…)

-Created scroll-stopping videos for Steamboat Resort and Trango Climbing (viewed by millions)

-Launched a weekly outdoor newsletter Wiscamspin, peddling Wisconsin’s Great Outdoors to roughly 5,000 Cheeseheads

-Weighed 10.2 pounds at birth. And yes, that’s relevant

In sum: I worship at the altar of Creativity and Client Satisfaction.

I’ll end with my favorite Liam Neeson quote: “I don’t have Canva Pro, but what I do have is a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a dream for people like you. If you deploy my writing chops, you and your customers will be stoked. But if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will… politely DM you my portfolio.”
