Biography

I started my photography business shooting commercial advertising campaigns in the surf and outdoor industries.
I love collaborating with a teams and building community globally.

WHAT I DO

I work with brands on anything from global campaigns & catalog shoots focused only on lifestyle photography featuring apparel, swimwear, accessories or gear– to a mix of commercial lifestyle with adventure sports, whether that’s shooting climbing from the wall, surfing from the water, backcountry expeditions, off-roading, roadtrip adventures, and skateboarding empty roads or bustling cities.

My work is a mix of film and digital. Some shoots I work with a full team, others I shoot and produce, cast, prop & wardrobe style, & art direct.

SPECIALTIES

Storytelling and maintaining a meticulous eye for styling– making sure the product is shown at its best (and most realistic and authentic) at all times. Capturing natural, candid moments in a very intentional and planned space.
Producing, casting, styling, shooting and directing in both Spanish and English.
Shooting a mix of film & digital mediums.
Shooting from the water and on the wall.
Integrating into local communities outside of the US. Past shoots & stories done in Morocco, India, France, Mexico, Spain, Peru, Nicaragua, & Portugal with local athletes & talent.
Highlighting how your clothes should fit, lay and feel.

FOCUS & MISSION

My focus has always been to tell the stories of women and other underrepresented groups in global surf, skate, and mountain-sports communities. With the mix of storytelling and commercial lifestyle photography, I’ve led many brands into incorporating more representation into these spaces.
My passions lie in storytelling, empowering the feminine, film, fashion and travel. I’ve been transitioning into shooting only film with hopes that clients will hire me to shoot film, but of course I shoot digital.
The past 8 years, I’ve tried to mindfully not pigeon-hole myself into being just “one kind” of photographer. So, you will see a diversified IG feed and online portfolio.
Inclusivity in the action sports & outdoor industries, the environment & sustainability, & telling meaningful stories are always part of the core values of my work.
