I am a long-term executive and entrepreneur who has built a career at the intersection of passion and performance — transforming a lifelong love of the outdoors into a global business journey within the ski and outdoor industries. Over the years, I have had the privilege of creating, developing, and leading businesses in partnership with some of the most respected international brands, including Bogner, Parajumpers, POC, Spyder, Swatch, SYNC Performance, Peak Performance, Kästle, and Torstai OY/Club A, among many others.

As an accomplished CEO and President, I bring deep expertise in global brand building, business development, operations, marketing, communications, and sales. My professional experience spans the equipment, apparel, and accessories sectors across both domestic and international markets. I have successfully led initiatives in retail operations, e-commerce, channel strategy, agency management, marketing, promotions, social media, public relations, graphic design, website development, and event management — consistently driving performance, growth, and innovation.

I am particularly passionate about structuring and inspiring organizations to achieve their strategic goals — whether clearly defined or still evolving — by aligning talent, culture, and business strategy.

A lifelong skier and global traveler, I’ve followed snow from the Catskills to Portillo, with unforgettable experiences in Chamonix and beyond. I’ve completed both the Haute Route and Ortler Traverse alpine tours and recently celebrated my 32nd year as a part-time private instructor with the Vail and Beaver Creek Ski School, where I continue to share my love for the sport and the mountains that inspire it.

I have known Barry for many years since he ran the American operations for our company Torstai OY (Club A) ski and sportswear, building the brand to prominence in the global ski media, sponsorship of the US Freestyle Ski Team, sponsorship of the legendary ski films the “Blizzard of Aahhhs” and “License to Thrill” and most importantly with widespread distribution of the brand in hundreds of top retailers across the United States.

In later years I followed him as he worked with many leading international brands and again with me when he sold our HALTI skiwear brands Club and Teams collections through his company Ski Racing Development (SYNC Performance). His sales and marketing skills and design strategy expertise have been applied to many global brands from Bogner to Spyder and many others utilizing has passion, connections and experience.
