Justin Myers

Photography

Justin Myers is an adventure and automotive photographer with over 15 years of experience producing high-impact campaigns for brands like Fujifilm, Adidas Terrex, Danner Boots, DeMarini, and Intel. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he specializes in capturing authentic, high-performance stories in rugged environments from coastal surf zones to 24hr Ultra Runs.

With a background in character animation and a lifetime as a dedicated athlete, Justin brings a unique, intuitive understanding of body movement to his photography. Years spent studying and animating human motion frame by frame taught him how to read the subtleties of posture, tension, and momentum. Skills that now inform how he frames action, anticipates peak moments, and tells physical stories through still imagery. Whether he’s working with Olympic athletes, celebrities, or everyday adventurers, Justin knows how to capture motion in a way that feels both dynamic and honest. Combined with a sharp eye for detail, color, and composition, his work blends technical precision with a deep sense of rhythm, timing, and story.

As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, he’s able to live and work freely across borders offering seamless production, expanded client access, and location flexibility. Whether he’s chasing light in the backcountry or solving visual problems on the fly, Justin approaches every project with calm leadership and a deep respect for the outdoors.

He lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife, son, and their dog, Buoy.

Justin Myers brings a diverse skill set to his productions, blending photography, logistical planning, and a commitment to safety with the art of crafting compelling pitch presentations. His passion for scouting ideal locations is matched by his dedication to staying those extra hours. “Early in my career, I was told, ‘When in doubt, go out,’ and I’ve added, ‘Stay out.’ Sometimes the shot we’re all after happens in that fleeting moment when we think we’re done.”
