Teddy has spent over 25 years in Advertising as a Creative Lead in New York for both BBDO and McCann, then as the Executive Creative Director at VIA, in Portland, Maine, where he helped win the coveted AdAge Small Agency of the Year Award, twice.

In 2025, Teddy formed Candy Side Creative, the lovechild of a Creative and Production Department, tapping a vast network of experts in Art, Copy, Design, Production, and Strategy. From brand identity, to ethos, to content, this crew gets it done.
