Biography
Barrett has 30 years of experience in the Action Sports and Outdoor industry. She was a member of the first Olympic Snowboard team, has 11 X Games medals, and is being inducted into the Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in 2025. After her career as a competitive professional snowboarder she worked in roles directing sports marketing, product, and brands. The athlete experience has given her the strength, resilience, focus and mindset necessary to pivot and succeed in her own businesses. As an advisor to brands and individuals she leverages her deep network and experience in the industry to solve problems, create opportunities, and maximize partnerships. Barrett launched her financial services agency in 2021 to educate and empower people to build and protect their wealth. She mentors motivated leaders to build their own agencies and help more people in their communities plan for their futures.
